What is Dr. Sarah’s approach to wellness?

We begin by getting a clear understanding of you—your experiences, your current challenges, and what’s been feeling most overwhelming or out of balance in your life. This happens through open, supportive conversation and, when appropriate, additional wellness assessment tools that help provide a broader picture of your overall wellbeing.

From there, we work together to clarify what “feeling well” actually means for you. This includes identifying what you want to feel more of in your life—whether that’s calm, clarity, stability, confidence, or connection—and what may currently be getting in the way.

You are an active part of this process. Together, we explore practical and supportive options that align with your goals, and you choose what feels right for you to incorporate into your personal wellness plan.

Throughout our work together, you are supported in a safe, respectful, and collaborative environment. The focus is on helping you feel heard, understood, and empowered as you learn more about yourself, build new tools, and move toward a more grounded and intentional way of living
