Relationship Coaching

Sarah’s unique and holistic teaching and learning approach to creating healthy and whole relationships is rooted in partnership and views true partnership as a commitment to the authentic self-expression of the mind, body, and spirit of each person involved in the relationship. Her one-of-a-kind Relationship Readiness approach is specially designed to create an empathetic and safe space where trust can be built, and fear surrendered through a distinct process that allows for awareness, acceptance, and forgiveness to take place so that the client becomes ready to embrace pleasure and abundance which will then give them the strength and confidence necessary to embody unconditional love for self and others. Once this milestone of embodied love is reached, Sarah will support and guide the client with compassion and positivity so that they are able to speak their truth and hear the truth of others which will help them to know how and where they authentically align in relationships in accordance with who they are based on their core values and unique gifts, talents, skills, and passions.

This approach works for all types of relationships including business, family, friendship, and romance, but it begins with self-partnership which can only be done after the client restores, aligns, and integrates their body, mind, and spirit to create a natural state of being so that they may become empowered to make authentic choices that will lead to happiness, passion, and joy in relationships!

What is Sarah’s Relationship Readiness approach? This original and distinctive approach is unequaled and begins with gathering cognitive and emotional information to help the client determine what has heart and meaning for them. This information is mainly gathered through empathetic and open communication between the practitioner and client. The open communication is often spoken, but some clients chose to express what has heart and meaning to them through other creative expressions such as writing, drawing, painting, movement, or music.

The information gathered will then be offered back to the patient through a strengths-based lens to promote positivity and hope so that the client can make personalized choices about which services, products, and modalities they will incorporate into their individualized plan on their journey toward healthy and whole relationships.

In addition to the services, products, and modalities that she offers, Sarah will also offer support to the client through their journey toward healthy and whole relationships by promoting and facilitating safety, open communication, continuous learning, personal and social responsibility, and ethical considerations.
